MY ACTIVITES
I participated in and shaped the entire process of creating the MVP and subsequent further development of the product.
We went through ideation stage, design solution development and MVP implementation.
• Participating in proto-personas and customer journey workshops
• Developing the overall MVP concept by: mapping requirements, sketching site maps, use case diagrams and system architecture sketches in continuous collaboration with the team and stakeholders
• Building clickable low-fidelity MVP prototypes
• Internal testing of prototypes with company colleagues not involved in the project
• Creating high-fidelity MVP prototypes based on branding
• Developing a design system that facilitated the quicker development of new functionality in a later stage.
• Supporting implementation
• Collaborating closely with a product manager, business stakeholders, and two backend and two frontend engineers

journeys
We conducted workshops with team members and stakeholders to develop proto-personas and customer journeys, which we used to formulate product requirements as user stories.
sitemap
& userflows
Next, I created a sitemap of the shop, a curator management panel, and an artist management panel. Afterwards, I developed user flows for three separate types of users: artists, buyers, and curators.

architecture
I spent several intensive sessions with backend developers to discuss the architecture and operation of the system. The results of these meetings were use case diagrams and system architecture sketches.

I built an interactive prototype of all flows of the shop, the curator management panel, and the artist management panel, which could then be tested and feedback gathered from users applied.

& new features development
I used the cognitive walkthrough approach to regularly observe products in order to find bugs, usability problems, low hanging fruit, and other difficulties.
In parallel, we also developed new features/elements such as a blog.
