It enables real estate portfolio creation and educated decision-making for investors by providing them with useful information on capital gains, rental yields, and other topics.

& PROCESS

Two real estate experts approached us with the idea of creating a unique product.

Before investing in an MVP, we proposed to them to validate the idea and gather information on potential customers with the help of a landing page and an attached contact form.

Thanks to this approach they were able to check the validity of their assumptions and avoid possible failure.








brand
sprint
Initially, we planned a workshop known as a "design sprint." The leadership team meets for a three-hour working session to explore the what, how, why, and other aspects of their organization. The outcomes serve as the foundation for branding and visual identity.






web design
A bold and modern branding was developed for the product in response to the picky target market and the need to differentiate itself from the competition.

A landing page was made based on its guiding principles, which were documented in the brand book.








validation
Once the landing page and contact form were designed and implemented, we could proceed to validation. The product researcher proposed assumptions that the validation had to meet to consider the product proposal worthy of implementation.

The research assumptions were met, so the client decided to proceed with the MVP.
